Ingredients:

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 stick of Sweet Cream Butter
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Lime Juice
  • Couple dashes of Hot Sauce

After gathering these ingredients first thing you want to do is:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease baking dish with olive oil
  • With this recipe you will want to season fish on both sides with salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

With the rest of the seasoning that you put to the side you will want to

  • Melt 1 stick of butter with 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Add honey, lime juice, and hot sauce
  • Pour mixture over fish and bake for 12-15 minutes

Notes

  • After  making this a few times I realized that squeezing Lime juice over the fish right out the oven adds a layer that is very welcomed
  • Red Pepper Flakes is another thing I like to add to this dish
